Leslie Cariaga
Co-Founder, Creative
Leslie is an award-winning art director and graphic designer with over a decade of experience developing brands for both local and national clients. Prior to founding Refinery Creative, Leslie most recently served as the lead creative at The Howard Hughes Corporation’s Hawai‘i office, where she worked on the branding and marketing for Ward Village as a whole, as well as the neighborhood’s individual residential and retail projects. A leader in the local design community, Leslie’s work has received numerous awards from AIGA Honolulu, AAF Hawaii, and the national American Advertising Federation. She is also proud to have served on the AIGA Honolulu board of directors for five years as its membership chairperson.
Stevie-Lyn Takata
Co-Founder, Marketing
Stevie-Lyn is a strategic marketing professional, adept in the planning and execution of integrated marketing programs and campaigns. With a strong background in project management, her expertise spans a wide-range of tactics including brand strategy, digital marketing, content production, and more. Formerly the VP of Client Services at brand experience company Ocean Blue, Stevie-Lyn specializes in marketing for real estate developments and has contributed to the successful delivery of residential communities such as Azure Ala Moana, Park Lane Ala Moana, The Collection, ONE Ala Moana, Waihonua at Kewalo, and Pacifica Honolulu. Stevie-Lyn serves on the boards of Palama Settlement and ULI Hawaii Young Leaders Group and is the current past president of the AIGA Honolulu board of directors.
